Pistolet Remington, modèle "Elliot Deringer, New Repeating Pistol N° 2" - en calibre 32 RF . USA xIX° - 1861.
Bloc canon à quatre faisceaux de canons rayés, basculants, portant marquage sur bande latérale des faisceaux, coté gauche "Manufactured by Remingtton & Sons - ILion NY" et sur le coté droit "Elliot Paten Oct - 1 - 1861".
Le numéro de l'arme est visible après le basculement des canons à l'intérieur de la carcasse coté droit, numéro 15736.
Détente à anneau, plaquettes de crosse en bois à fixation par visse en bois transversale.
Pour le chargement en munition le bloc canon bascule vers l'avant après avoir tiré l'ergot visible sous les canons et devant l'anneau de détente.
L'ensemble du pistolet en acier est de patine couleur tabac.
Mécanisme en parfait état de fonctionnement.

Remington pistol, “Elliot Deringer, New Repeating Pistol No. 2” model - in .32 RF caliber. USA, 19th century - 1861.
Four-barrel block with rifled, tilting barrels, bearing markings on the side bands of the barrels: on the left side, “Manufactured by Remington & Sons - Ilion, NY,” and on the right side, “Elliot Patent Oct. 1, 1861.”
The serial number is visible after tilting the barrels, inside the frame on the right side: No. 15736.
Ring trigger; wooden grip panels secured by a transverse wooden screw.
To load ammunition, the barrel assembly tilts forward after pulling the latch visible beneath the barrels and in front of the trigger ring.
The entire steel pistol has a tobacco-colored patina.
Mechanism in perfect working order.
Approximately 17,000 of these pistols were produced between 1863 and 1888. A classic among Wild West pocket firearms.
