Epée de cour en argent époqe Louis XVI -  XVIII° (1770-1780).
Monture en argent, à decor en pointe de diamant et médaillon de fleurs.
Pommeau ovalaire à décor de médaillon floraux et bouton de riveture.
Fusée à deux médaillons centraux à décor floral.
Arc de jointure gravé et médaillon central floral.
Quillon et pas d'ane gravés ainsi que l'écusson au même décor.
Poinçon sur bague inférieur de la fusée Fermier Généraux et un deuxième poinçon sur la bague du double pontat "AC"
Double pontat percé à jours gravé sur les deux faces intérieure et extérieure du meme décor floral que l'ensemble de la monture.
Lame triangulaire de 85 cms
Epée sans fourreau.
Longueur 101 cms
Largeur lame au talon : 1,8 cms
Les épées en argent étaient attribuées à des corps d'élite ou étaient fourbies pour des personnalités militaires ou civiles de haut rang.
L'étiquette royale impose le port de l'épée aux nobles et à tous ceux qui ont servi sous les drapeaux, depuis l'arrêt du conseil de guerre du 17 novembre 1716.

Silver court sword from the Louis XVI period - 18th century (1770–1780).
Silver hilt, decorated with diamond-point motifs and a floral medallion.
Oval pommel decorated with floral medallions and a rivet-style knob.
Tang featuring two central medallions with floral decoration.
Engraved joint arch with a central floral medallion.
The crossguard and donkey’s foot are engraved, as is the escutcheon, all featuring the same decorative motif.
Hallmark on the lower ring of the tang: “Fermier Généraux,” and a second hallmark on the ring of the double pommel: “AC.”
Openwork double pommel engraved on both the inner and outer surfaces with the same floral motif as the entire hilt.
Triangular blade, 85 cm long.
Sword without scabbard.
Length: 101 cm
Blade width at the heel: 1.8 cm
Silver swords were awarded to elite units or were commissioned for high-ranking military or civilian officials.
Royal decree required nobles and all those who had served in the military to carry a sword, following the decision of the Council of War on November 17, 1716.
