Partie métallique en laiton , canons à pans moulurés et bourrelet à la bouche, à la manière des pièces d'artillerie.
Coffre et queue de culasse en laiton ciselé d'un petit décor géométrique
Poinçon au tonnerre coté gauche "ELG" et numéro 2 sous le canon
Detente sous pontet en acier d'un petit décor
Chien en acier ciselé repoussé
Crosse en noyer en forme de goutte d'eau finement quadrillée avec piece de pouce de forme lozangique en maillechort.
Mécanisme en bon état de fonctionnment, à deux crans d'armé bien nette et sans jeu.

Percussion pistol with box stock, circa 1840, 19th century.
Brass metal parts; barrels with molded flanks and a rim at the muzzle, in the style of artillery pieces. Brass receiver and breech block chiseled with a small geometric design. Hallmark on the left side of the breech block: “ELG,” and number 2 beneath the barrel
Trigger under the steel trigger guard, featuring a small decorative motif. Steel hammer, chiseled and embossed. Teardrop-shaped walnut stock, finely checkered, with a lozenge-shaped thumb rest made of nickel silver.. Mechanism in good working order, with two distinct cocking notches? and no play.
Length: 19 cm - Barrel length: 8 cm - Caliber: 12 mm- Weight: 265 grs. In good condition and well-preserved, with its original finish and patina (see photos)
