Intended for elite marksman companies, with no regimental insignia on the guard, modeled after the ducal hunting knives of the Duchy of Anhalt (1810).

Single-edged blade with a flat back and no fuller, bearing a hallmark at the blade heel. Short crossguard and rivet stud. Black leather scabbard with two brass fittings, a buttoned pommel, and a square-ended ferrule. Length: 66.5 cm. Length without scabbard: 65.5 - Blade length: 52 cm. Weight: 890 grs.
