Exceptionnelle bague chevalière aux Armoiries de l'Ordre Equestre du Saint-Sépulcre de Jérusalem , " Equestris ordo santi sepulcre hierosolymitani " , (Ordre de chevalerie de Droit Pontifical ,placé sous la protection du Saint-Siége et gouvernement d'un Cardinal Grand Maitre).
Chaton orné d'une intaille sur agate bleue Niccolo représentant les Armoiries de l'Ordre.
Croix de jérusalem : Croix à branches égales potencées cantonnées de 5 petites croix appelées croisettes rappelant les 5 plaies infligées au Christ sur la croix au Golgotta.
Croix encadrée de deux anges , à dextre tenant une bannière d'or à la croix de gueules et à senestre, bourdon à crosse d'éveque.
Croix surmontée d'un casque d'or et d'une couronne d'épine encadrée de deux bannières à croix de gueules.

Sous la croix, une banderolle portant la devise de l'ordre : DEUS LO VULT ( Dieu le veut ).
Monture en Or (585) 14 K , portant sur l'anneau extrérieur le poinçon " Coquille Saint-Jacques ".
