« IMPORTANTE BAGUE CACHET ARGENT 925 NIELLÉ ET INTAILLE EN CORNALINE XIX°-XX°», montée sur Argent 925 niellé et intaille en Cornaline. L’originalité réside dans le montage de la table qui est en cornaline et représente une tête d’homme chapeauté d’un couvre chef emplumé dans le goût du Moyen Age.  La partie inférieure est bombée et très travaillée.  Pour s’en servir comme cachet il était d’usage de retourner la bague, de l’enfiler sur le début de l’index et d’écraser la cire. Dimensions : Diamètre de l’intaille : 3 cms - Diametre total : 5 cms - poids 52 grs - Tour de doigt 58. “IMPORTANT RING SEAL IN 925 NIELLO AND CARNELIAN INTAGLIO XIX°', mounted on Silver 925 niello and carnelian. The originality lies in the assembly of the table which is made of carnelian and represents a man’s head wearing a hat feathered in the taste of the Middle Ages.  The lower part is convex and very worked.  To use it as a seal, it was customary to turn the ring, put it on the beginning of the index finger and crush the wax. Dimensions: Diameter of the intaglio: 3 cms - Total diameter: 5 cms - weight 52 grs - Finger circumference 58.
