Epée d'officier superieur d'artillerie , époque restauration sous Louis Philippe , XIX°. Lame triangulaire portantpoinçon au talon " S & K " pour Schnitzer & Kirchbaum . Monture en bronze et arc de jointure à décrochement ouvragé et médaillon central au muffle Léonin sur une face et fleur sur l'autre. Clavier symétrique à 2 enroulements découpés aux masques de Léonin , au centre les Armes de France couronnées sur fond de drapeaux avec au dessus un canon et ses boulets . A gauche Mercure et à droite La Renommée soufflant dans sa trompette et au bras gauche brandissant un flambeau . Fusée en plaquette de nacre et pommeau en Urne cotelée .
Longueur : 96 cm - Longueur de la lame: 80 cm - Largeur de la lame au talon : 2 cm . Bon etat de conservation et d'usage , dans on jus et sa patine , voir les détails sur les photos.

Sword of a higher artillery officer, restoration period under Louis Philippe, XIX°. Triangular blade with a portantstamp at the heel "S & K" for Schnitzer & Kirchbaum. Bronze mount and archway with carved recess and central medallion with Léonin muffle on one side and flower on the other. Symmetrical keyboard with 2 windings cut from the masks of Léonin, in the center the Arms of France crowned on a background of flags with above a cannon and its balls. On the left Mercury and on the right The Renown blowing in its trumpet and on the left arm brandishing a torch. Rocket in a mother-of-pearl plate and pommel in ribbed urn.
Length: 96 cm - Blade length: 80 cm - Blade width from heel: 2 cm. Good state of preservation and use, in its original condition and patina, see details in the photos.
