Coach & Saddle

Ce carré édité en 1976 et illustré par Philippe Ledoux n’a jamais été réédité, ce qui en fait un exemplaire rare et recherché par les amateurs et collectionneurs. Trois attelages de quatre chevaux tirent une calèche différente destinée au transport et aux bagages. En twill de soie aux bords roulottés main à la double bordure terre de sienne, écru et jaune, il se décline sur fond écru aux couleurs beige, ocre, brun clair…. Le titre figure dans un cartouche à gauche, tandis que dans un deuxième cartouche on retrouve la signature « Hermès Paris avec son copyright ». Le nom de l’illustrateur figure en bas à droite. Dimensions : 89 x 86 cms

En bon état de conservation et d’usage tant au niveau de la soie que des couleurs encore bien vives, pas de trou, tache ou fil tiré, voir les détails sur les photos.

This square published in 1976 and illustrated by Philippe Ledoux has never been reissued, which makes it a rare and sought-after example by amateurs and collectors. Three teams of four horses pull a carriage intended for transport and luggage. In silk twill with hand-rolled edges at the double border sienna, ecru and yellow, it is available on an ecru background in beige, ocher, light brown colors.... The title appears in a cartouche on the left, while in a second cartouche we find the signature 'Hermès Paris with its copyright'. The name of the illustrator appears at the bottom right. Dimensions: 89 x 86 cm
